Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee work?

If you decide, after purchasing a subscription to FAB, that it's not right for you, simply contact us within 30 days of the purchase to request a refund.

Can I use FAB with my business or group's Facebook Page?

Yes! You can use the Unrestricted Status, Click Track, and Schedule Status Update applications to post on behalf of any Facebook Page you administrate.

Can I use FAB apps in tandem?

Yes. For instance, if you use the Unrestricted Status app to post a status update, you can also use the Schedule Status Update app to have it published at a future time, and the Click Track app to see who clicks on the link you include in the post.

Why does the Click Track app require my friends to grant Facebook permission to reveal their personal information?

Facebook requires all apps to ask for permission to access users' personal information, including their name.

The user only needs to grant permission once, and only their name is collected. Their name is not shared with anyone except you, the person who posted the link.

How far in advance can I set a status update to be published through the Schedule Status Update app?

You can schedule a post up to a week in advance.

Why do I keep receiving duplicate comment alerts when I have the Better Comment Alerts app enabled?

When you enable the Better Comment Alerts application, you will probably want to turn off Facebook's default email alerts, to avoid receiving duplicate notifications.

To turn off the default alerts, log into Facebook and click on "Account" in the upper right. Select "Account Settings." Click on the "Notifications" tab and under the "Wall Comments" heading, uncheck the box next to "Comments on a story on your Wall."

How many Superfriends can I designate?

You can designate up to three Facebook friends as your Superfriends through the Monitor Your Superfriends application.

You'll receive an instant email alert whenever a Superfriend posts a new status update.

I've set a status update to be published at a future time using the Schedule Status Update application, but now I don't want it to be published. Can I cancel it?

Yes. You can remove a scheduled status update through the Schedule Status Update app, after you've logged in to FAB. Just click on the "Remove" button next to the status update.

How does the Who 'Likes' You Most application determine its rankings? What about the Top Commenters application?

Both the Who 'Likes' You Most app and the Top Commenters app base their rankings on the frequency of likes/comments over the past 60 days.
